2. Cancellations by Buyers

Before Service Commencement: Buyers can cancel orders before the Seller begins work. A full refund, minus any processing fees, will be issued.

After Service Commencement: If the Buyer cancels after work has started, the refund will be proportional to the work completed. If the work is near completion, cancellation may not be allowed.

3. Cancellations by Sellers

Non-Performance: Sellers must inform Buyers and Gigboon.com immediately if they cannot complete the service. The Buyer will receive a full refund.

Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree to cancel, a full refund, minus platform fees, will be processed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Quality Disputes: Refunds can be requested if the delivered work does not meet the agreed standards. A dispute must be raised within 3 days after the delivery

Non-Delivery: If the Seller fails to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe, the Buyer may request a full refund.

Partially Completed Work: If work has been partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed and mutual agreement between Buyer and Seller.

5. Refund Process

Refund Requests: Requests must be submitted through Gigboon.com’s support system within 3 days.

Review Process: Gigboon.com will review the request, considering the evidence provided by both parties.

Dispute Resolution: In cases where a dispute arises, Gigboon.com may mediate. If no resolution is reached, the funds will be held in escrow until a decision is made.

6. Chargebacks

Dispute Handling: Buyers must attempt to resolve issues through Gigboon.com before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.

Platform Support: If a chargeback is initiated, Gigboon.com will provide the relevant documentation to the financial institution involved. Any fees incurred due to a chargeback may be charged to the Buyer.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

Service Fees: Platform service fees, processing fees, and any other related fees are non- refundable, except in cases where Gigboon.com is at fault.

Custom Services: For certain custom services, different cancellation and refund terms may apply, as outlined in the specific service agreement.

8. Exceptions

Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures), cancellations and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing fairness and user protection.

9. Updates

Updates to the Policy Gigboon.com may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
