1. Professionalism and Integrity

Accurate Representation: Freelancers and clients must provide honest, clear, and complete information in their profiles, gig descriptions, project details, and communications. Misrepresentation of skills, qualifications, or services will not be tolerated.

Quality of Service: Freelancers must deliver high-quality work that aligns with the agreed-upon requirements. Clients should offer clear and complete project instructions to ensure successful outcomes.

Timely Delivery: Freelancers are expected to meet the deadlines established in their contracts. Clients should ensure that they provide the necessary resources and communication for timely project completion.

2. Respectful Communication

Professional Conduct: Communication between freelancers and clients should remain respectful, courteous, and professional at all times. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive language will result in account suspension.

Clear and Transparent Communication: Both parties are expected to maintain open and honest communication about project expectations, progress, and potential challenges.

3. Fair Dealing and Payment

No Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate or deceive others, including fraudulent payments, fake reviews, or malicious actions, will result in account termination.
